Welcome to my culinary journey! I have been a professional chef for nearly 10 years. I have always had a passion for food, but my recent adventure has taken me beyond the kitchen and into the vibrant world of a new culture and cuisine – ALBANIA!

Extraordinary Experiences

I attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I have worked in small bakeries, catering, Pastry tutoring, and Walt Disney World top-rated restaurants (Topolino’s Terrace)

I have been learning about Albania and Albanian cuisine for four years from my boyfriend’s family. I have had opportunities to see Albania first hand and the wonders it holds!
